I was their customer from Sep 29 - Oct 21. During that time, over a 2 week period from Oct 4 - Oct 19, I experienced 5-7 server outages, lasting a total of over 10 hours of downtime. Now, on their site they advertise a 99.9% uptime SLA guarantee. But this is a false claim; they don't stand by their service. They're more interested in getting and keeping your money, than in providing a stable, quality service or standing by their customers.
Ask them what the terms of their SLA are, and what they do for their customers when the SLA is violated. Then run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.
