Well, I personally don't believe in any of these uptime tools ... basically they measure uptime of your hosting company's website ... which is not the real measurement of your hosting company's uptime ....

You can try host-tracker.com, they are pretty accurate. But depend on what plans you purchase it.

ServiceUptime dot com also provides a similar service.

I do agree though - free ones usually monitor website availability, which can bear no correlation to, say, the availability of a physical server.
