Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I've run out of options: Ok, I need help. Whether I need the mental or technical kind; you decide. I purchased www.dannyjive.com a few years ago and have been using it for my website without problems. About a month ago it was about to expire so I tried to renew the domain but, after many attempts, I couldn't log in to renew the domain. I tried the “lost password” option but the emails with my new/old password never came. I eventually opened a ticket with Support and they said they sent it again but, still, I never received it. I've looked in my “junk mail box” and “trash” as they suggested but there's no message in there. I eventually lost the domain and the site went down... but then a few days later it was back up again and I don't know why. I tried to 're-buy' the domain but it says it's unavailable. I've tried logging into Support to file another ticket but I can't get in, it keeps saying my password is wrong. I've requested my password for my Support account but it never comes. I've tried making requests w/o logging in but I don't get any responses. I've even tried re-registering with a different email but THAT email hasn't come yet either (it's only been 20min though). Am I going crazy? Do AccuWeb's computers hate me? Can someone tell me what's going on? Thanks for any help. Dan UPDATE: still haven't received a confirmation for the second email address I registered. But when I request 'lost password' I receive the email giving me the password to the account. I try to log in with it and it says that it's wrong. ; ; Yeah... AWH's computers hate me. >_>
I have read you rproblem completely the problem is you are unablr to liogin and you are unable to get the passwords to hyour e-mail id. I htink the e-mail id which you have menitoned at the registraiton of the web hosting doen't match with the e-mail you are providing?. Please check out that.
Submit another ticket. Talk to their live customer support. The best would be to personally call the domain name registrar. The problem may arise if the domain name is not registered under your name.
