I was able to connect previously, but from some days to now i cant connect... I tried control panel, and its ok. I tried too the live support, and mailed Jason, no replies. Someone could help? I think the problem might be with your internet connection due to interupted internet sevice we can expect this type of message. If not there is a problem with your hosting site.
What FTP client do you use? You should be able to connect thru that. In the absence of more info about your existing FTP client and its settings, try an alternative FTP client. It may work.
