I have Windows Server and I want to sell RDP account but I think its a risky because of lots of security reason.

My Problem: 1. How can I setup correctly?
2. Disable Software installing from normal users?
3. other security problems?
4. control spamming from my IP?

Probably you need to virtualize your windows server and offer VPS to your customer.
This will solve your 1st 2nd and 3rd issue...
