I don't have personal experience with Enkompass. But from cPanel forums I have always understood that Enkompass don't have greater features as cPanel. It is still developing and clients submits feature requests each and every day !
That's true ... Enkompass is in the development stage ... CPanel has relased the first draft of this product ... Since this product is from CPanel, our expectations are much higher ...
Enkompass is still being developed , still there are few organizations providing Enkompass hosting. But the cpanel guys are still working on it making it more stable and with improved features. All in all it is going to take some time though
