FTP clients are all over the internet. If you don't have one right now you can even use
your own internet browser to act as your ftp client. But I would suggest to rather use FileZilla. It is so far the most popular nowadays.
Same with me. I always use filezilla today. Its fast and suitable with me. So far, i also promote some of use to use this FTP client. Maybe some of you don't know what is FTP and why we use FTP? So, you need to learn it now.
On Mac OS X I use Transmit. It is pretty good and it is FREE (best of all).
