The first and the most important thing - do i have enough technical expertise and time to do it ? Because many people think it is like you need to co-locate, sell and thats it. But nobody think that most of the time you will spent on AUPs, rDNS updates, IPs requests and etc... So the very first question is - do i have at least 6 hours a day ?
